1. Copyright Protection
All original content developed by REEICE, including but not limited to:
- Chopstick product designs (e.g., ergonomic grip structures, anti-slip tip patterns, balance-weight engineering)
- Technical specifications and material innovation documentation
- Packaging design concepts and brand visual systems
- Marketing materials (photography, videos, lifestyle imagery, 3D renderings)
- Website content, product descriptions, and digital interfaces
are protected under applicable international copyright laws, including but not limited to the Berne Convention and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, display, or commercial use of REEICE intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
2. Trademark Rights
REEICE asserts rights in the following registered and unregistered trademarks:
- REEICE®
- REEICE logos and brand visual identifiers
- Product line names and distinctive packaging trade dress
Any unauthorized use of REEICE trademarks in commerce, including confusingly similar marks, may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law, including 15 U.S.C. § 1114 and related international statutes.
3. Trade Secrets
Confidential and proprietary information owned by REEICE includes, but is not limited to:
- Material formulation processes for premium wood, bamboo, stainless steel, or alloy chopsticks
- Manufacturing process optimizations and surface treatment technologies
- Supplier sourcing frameworks and quality-control systems
- Customer analytics models and market research databases
Such information may be protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) and binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with partners, manufacturers, and distributors.
4. Enforcement Protocols
REEICE actively enforces its intellectual property rights through:
- Cross-platform monitoring of e-commerce marketplaces (including Amazon, Alibaba, and other global platforms)
- Regular trademark and design clearance searches
- Amazon Brand Registry protection and ASIN tracking
- Formal takedown notices and cease-and-desist procedures
- Escalation to civil litigation where necessary
5. Third-Party Compliance
- OEM and ODM partners must comply with REEICE Licensing Agreements and IP usage terms.
- Authorized distributors and resellers must obtain official marketing assets directly from REEICE.
- Unauthorized replication, imitation, or reverse engineering of REEICE chopstick designs may constitute infringement and breach of contract.
Any violation may result in termination of partnership and legal enforcement actions.
