WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from REEICE. We stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty & Return Policy outlines your rights for product defects, repairs, replacements, and eligible returns.


1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery (“Warranty Period”). Under this warranty, we will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.

To be eligible for warranty service, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • Submit photos or video showing the defect.
  • Contact our support team within the Warranty Period.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural failures not caused by misuse
  • Missing or broken parts upon delivery

3. What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from improper installation or use
  • Cosmetic scratches that do not affect product function

4. Return Eligibility

You may also request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Returns are subject to the REEICE Refund Policy.


5. Claim Process

To submit a warranty or return claim, please follow these steps:

  • Email support@reeice.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and description of the issue.
  • We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.

6. Repair vs. Replacement

If your claim is approved under warranty, REEICE may offer:

  • Repair of the item
  • Replacement with the same or comparable item
  • Store credit when replacement is not available

7. Warranty Limitations

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only. REEICE is not liable for:

  • Shipping costs unless due to our error
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of use or inconvenience
